MFPsecure®/Print for HP

MFPsecure®/Printsoftware integrates with select HP® multifunction printer (MFP) devices in your printing fleet. Each user’s print jobs are kept in an online storage area called a PersonalQ rather than being sent to a printer.  A PersonalQ is an output destination that looks like any other device in the ‘Printers & Faxes’ section of their Windows® workstation. But unlike a regular Windows printer, users can retrieve all output sent to a PersonalQ from any OXPd compatible HP device in the organization’s Pull Printing environment.

MFPsecure®/Print for HP software offers secure document spooling and delivery capabilities, meaning users never have to worry about information being lost before the last page physically prints. Users can print one, all, or individual documents with a single click. And organizations maintain full audit tracking and control of the documents for improved security and compliance.

Scan To Email

MFPsecure®/Print pull printing enables you to scan documents at a multifunction printer (MFP) and send them as PDF attachments to any email destination. By leveraging the email capabilities of MFPsecure®/Print instead of the device’s built-in email function, your organization can maintain a greater degree of audit tracking and control over your business documents.

Scan To Document Software

MFPsecure®/Print for HP lets you scan documents from select multifunction printer devices (MFPs) for online viewing, searching, and storage. By enabling users to electronically capture and store hardcopy documents from any defined MFP, your organization can accelerate information sharing and improve workgroup productivity.

Once a scanned document is captured in PDF format, the user sees a list of folders in which he or she is authorized to store documents. Users can add document attributes like customer numbers and company names directly at the MFP as part of the scanning process. This improves document searchability and helps workers quickly access needed information.

Mixed Fleet

LRS can combine multiple embedded and external Pull Printing solutions to help you get the most from your existing fleet, regardless of device manufacturer, age, or functionality.
