LRS at HP Enterprise Discover 2017

Once again, LRS proudly joined HP and dozens of other sponsors at HP Enterprise’s annual Discover conference. More than 9,000 IT professionals attended the event, which took place from November 28-30 at the Feria de Madrid Convention Center in Madrid. The three days were packed full of inspiration, learning and knowledge exchange.

This year, our kiosk in the Transformation Zone featured the theme “Transforming your IT Infrastructure… Simple, Scalable and Secure.” The high-traffic area drew a variety of customers and HP partner contacts looking for ways to solve current output management challenges in their own organizations or client environments. Many conversations revolved around the topics of security and pull printing. Not surprisingly, a steady stream of people also stopped by to ask about our solutions for managing printing in the VDI environment.

HP Discover provided a chance for us to meet with our friends at HP and strengthen the cooperation between our two companies to benefit our mutual customers.

The most tangible benefits of the LRS-HP partnership are those that drive bottom line savings. Our LRS branded piggy banks — representing the cost savings that we can offer — were a big hit on the show floor. All around the hall, attendees were on the lookout for the "blue pig." Even other vendors got into the spirit. Several rather “interesting” trades were brokered with various show sponsors as they clamored to get in on the action.
